Here’s a delicious taco recipe with instructions:
Ingredients
For the Tacos:
8 small corn or flour tortillas
400 g ground beef or chicken
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon taco seasoning (or to taste)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
For the Toppings:
Chopped lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
Sour cream
Salsa
Sliced jalapeños (optional)
Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the Meat: In a skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until soft. Add the ground beef or chicken, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned.
Season the Meat: Stir in the taco seasoning, adding salt and pepper to taste. If the mixture is dry, add a little water and let it simmer for a few minutes until well combined.
Warm the Tortillas: In a separate skillet, warm the tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or until pliable.
Assemble the Tacos: Spoon the meat mixture onto each tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, salsa, jalapeños, and cilantro.
Serve: Enjoy your tacos immediately while they're warm!
